Service: IT Nest subscription-based services for website development, SEO, Google Maps optimization, and CRM solutions.

Agreement: The contract between IT Nest and the subscriber upon service payment.

Subscription: Monthly or yearly payments by the customer to access IT Nest's ongoing services and support.

3. Payment & Billing

All services require prepayment via linked card for monthly or annual billing. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation.

4. Service Scope

IT Nest offers IT, website, and marketing services as detailed on our website. Service initiation occurs after payment, and service duration aligns with subscription type.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Notifications will be sent via email or posted on our website. Continued use after updates indicates agreement with revised terms.

6. Rights & Obligations

IT Nest: Provides quality services, maintains confidentiality, and may employ third parties for analytics and data processing services, such as Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica, to optimize functionality.

Customer: Agrees to provide necessary information, maintain payment methods, and communicate directly for service requests.

7. Service Cancellations & Refunds

Subscribers may cancel services anytime; however, refunds are limited to the first 3 days following payment. Afterward, the service becomes non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

IT Nest retains all intellectual property rights to deliverables until payment is complete, upon which rights are transferred to the customer.
